Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of Returned Goods (Important for Antique and Vintage Items)

Our products are antique, vintage, or pre-owned items and may show signs of age, wear, or minor imperfections. These characteristics are part of their nature and do not constitute defects. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Handling that goes beyond this includes, for example:

• use beyond inspection
• damage, wear, or alteration
• improper handling or storage

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed
