3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a nonbinding invitation to place an order.

By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.

The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR and include applicable VAT (if applicable).

Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

8. Condition of Goods (Antiques)

Our products are primarily vintage and antique items.

These items may show signs of age, wear, or minor imperfections, which are considered part of their
character and history.

Such characteristics do not constitute defects.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal
obligations), limited to foreseeable damages.

10. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for
the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer
arbitration board.
